Ingredients for Ají De Lengua Recipe

  • 1 No.s beef toung
  • 2 No.s white onions
  • 1 cup Tomato
  • 1 cup aji rojo
  • 1 cup Peas
  • As required Parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
  • 4 cup Beef Broth

Directions: Ají De Lengua Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. boil the beef tongue in a pot for 2 hours on medium heat.

step 2

  • STEP 1. heat some oil in a pan and saute sliced onions, tomatoes, aji rojo, parsley, peas, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper.

step 3

  • STEP 1.mix well and add beef broth to the pan.

step 4

  • STEP 1. let it simmer for an hour.

step 5

  • STEP 1.chop the beef into small chunks and add it to the pan.

step 6

  • STEP 1. mix it well and let simmer for another 2 minutes.

step 7

  • STEP 1. serve it hit with white rice
