  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.13 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 0.06 cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/4 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • as required Wooden Skewers, Soaked In Water

Directions: Air Fried Mutton Sheekh Kebab Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine mutton mince, ginger-garlic paste, chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, salt, and lemon juice.
  • STEP 2.Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  • STEP 3.Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a kebab on a skewer.
  • STEP 4.Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.
  • STEP 5.Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  • STEP 6.Place the kebabs in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between each kebab.
  • STEP 7.Air fry the kebabs for 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  • STEP 8.Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
  • STEP 9.Serve the air fried mutton sheekh kebabs hot with mint chutney and naan bread.
