  • 4-5 cup chopped spinach
  • 6 Nos large tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 3 Nos small seasoning cubes
  • As required Salt
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1.50 cup shrimps peeled and de veined
  • 1/2 pound chicken breast, chop
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper

  • STEP 1.Wash and clean shrimps. Season shrimps with salt and white pepper. Add oil in and heat it. Add in shrimps and fry until pink. Flip and cook the other side. Remove once done. Add chicken and flip to fry each side evenly.

  • STEP 1.Now add chopped onions until saute. Add tomatoes and cover to cook for 10 minutes. Cook it for another 5 minutes. Add salt, maggi cubes followed by spinach and combine well. Lastly add shrimp and chicken. Serve with rice.
