Ingredients for African Peanut Soup Recipe

  • 1 cup Peanut
  • 2 tablespoon Crayfish
  • 1 Nos Smoked Turkey Thigh
  • 1 pound Beef
  • 1/4 cup 1/2 Palm Oil or Peanut Oil
  • As required Handful Spinach
  • 1 Nos large Tomato
  • 1 Nos Bell pepper
  • 1 Nos Large Onion
  • 1 Nos Habanero Pepper
  • 2 Nos Seasoning Cubes
  • 2 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • As required Palm Oil or Peanut Oil
  • As required Salt To Taste

Directions: African Peanut Soup Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Wash and clean beef. Dry roast peanuts for 5 minutes. Grind peanuts finely. Remove the bones from turkey and cut into pieces. Blend tomatoes, peppers and half of the onions. In a pot add beef, some salt and boil it. After 10 minutes add turkey and boil both.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Add blend paste, palm oil and cray fish in to the pot. Now add the ground peanuts, cover and cook for 10-20 minutes. Add spinach and stir it to cook for 2 minutes. Serve along with rice, fufu or couscous fonio.
