How to Make African Peanut Soup Recipe

Wash and clean beef. Dry roast peanuts for 5 minutes. Grind peanuts finely. Remove the bones from turkey and cut into pieces. Blend tomatoes, peppers and half of the onions. In a pot add beef, some salt and boil it. After 10 minutes add turkey and boil both.

Add blend paste, palm oil and cray fish in to the pot. Now add the ground peanuts, cover and cook for 10-20 minutes. Add spinach and stir it to cook for 2 minutes. Serve along with rice, fufu or couscous fonio.
