How to Make African Egg Stew Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

Blend tomato and pepper together. In a bowl crack in eggs and whisk it. Chop green bell pepper. In a pot oil and heat it at medium flame. Add in chopped onions and thyme until translucent. Now add tomato paste and cook for 45 minutes.

STEP 01

Then add blend paste, black pepper, salt, curry powder and seasoning cubes. Stir and cover it for 10 minutes. Now add in egg yolk and cook it for 20 minutes. Add green bell peppers and mix it. Cook it at low flame for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame and serve.
