African Egg Roll Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

The African Egg Roll is made by wrapping hardboiled eggs is dough then deep frying. Egg rolls usually contain a mixture of meats and diced vegetables in a flaky, crispy fried shell. Common ingredients include pork, chicken, shrimp, shredded cabbage, carrots, and bean sprouts. Curiously, what they don't contain is eggs. The African Egg roll is entirely different from the famous Chinese Egg Roll. In Africa, we prepare our version of Egg Roll just as the name implies. It is boiled Egg wrapped in a mass of dough and deep-fried.
