Ingredients for African Beef Stew Recipe

  • 2 pound Beef
  • 8 Nos large roma tomatoes
  • 1 Nos onion
  • 4 sprig Parsley
  • 3 sprig celery leaves
  • 1/4 a peek substitute with 3 stems green onions
  • 5 Nos garlic cloves
  • 1 inch ginger root
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 4 gram Nos stock cubes 4 per cube
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Oil

Directions: African Beef Stew Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Peel ginger and garlic cloves. Chop beef into large pieces. Blend all the ingredients except for salt and seasoning.

  • STEP 1.In a pot add beef chunks,blended paste followed by paste and seasoning cubes.

  • STEP 1.Sprinkle some white pepper and cover it with the lid and cook it until it starts boiling.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Cook it at high medium flame for around 30 mins then add oil. Garnish with parsley and steamed rice.
