STEP 1.Mix hot water and yeast (dough does not get to rise).
STEP 2.Add wet and dry ingredients and blend completely.
STEP 3.The dough can look and desire cookie dough.
STEP 4.Grease your pan if your pan wants it.
STEP 5.Press out dough onto the dish pan or cookware. I used a baking stone.
STEP 6.Scour dough with fork in perpendicular directions.
STEP 7.Top with flower seeds consistent with your preference.
STEP 8.Bake for half-hour at 350 f.
STEP 9.Allow it to chill, and cut it into squares to serve
