  • 33.33 g bowl. Chopped potatoes
  • 16.67 g Bowl chopped onions
  • 16.67 g Bowl chopped tomatoes
  • 1 A Few reen chillies
  • 0.33 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 Pieces Egg
  • 0.67 Tbsp Oil
  • A Bunch Corriander leaves
  • to taste salt according

Directions: Afghani Omlette Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take oil in a pan
  • STEP 2.Add chopped potatoes (Saute for 3-4 minutes)
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions ( saute for 3 minutes)
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes , black pepper and salt
  • STEP 5.Cover the pan on medium flame for 5 minutes
  • STEP 6.Add eggs one by one
  • STEP 7.Add green chilli and corriander leaves in low flame for 3 minutes
  • STEP 8.Afghani omlette is now ready to be served with bread
