How to Make Afghani Omlette Recipe

STEP 01

Take oil in a pan

STEP 02

Add chopped potatoes (Saute for 3-4 minutes)

STEP 03

Add chopped onions ( saute for 3 minutes)

STEP 04

Add chopped tomatoes , black pepper and salt

STEP 05

Cover the pan on medium flame for 5 minutes

STEP 06

Add eggs one by one

STEP 07

Add green chilli and corriander leaves in low flame for 3 minutes

STEP 08

Afghani omlette is now ready to be served with bread
