  • 300 gram soya chaap
  • As required Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black Pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam Masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon lalmirch powder
  • 1 teaspoon tandoori Masala
  • As required Salt
  • As required Mint and Coriander chutney
  • 5 roomali roti

  • STEP 1.Boil soya chaap for 7-8 minutes. Drain it.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Add cream, lal mirch powder, garam masala, salt, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and marinade for a minimum of 3-4 hours.

  • STEP 3.Preheat the air poulet at a hundred and eightyc four- five minutes. Place the marinated soya chaap in it and air fry it for 6-7 minutes. Flip the aspect and apply butter and air fry it for 6-7 minutes.
