Ingredients for Afghan Whole Wheat Flour Naan Recipe
2 cup Milk
3 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
2 medium Eggs
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cup Water
1.50 tablespoon Yeast
4 cup Plain white flour
6 cup whole wheat flour
1.50 cup Canola Oil
2 teaspoon Baking powder
As required Butter for kneading
As required Topping
As required Sesame Seeds
As required Egg Wash
As required Egg Yolk + Milk
Directions: Afghan Whole Wheat Flour Naan Recipe
STEP 1.In a bowl,add whole flour,salt,sugar,baking soda,yogurt,cooking oil and blend well.
STEP 2.Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until dough is created.
STEP 3.Grease hands with oil and knead dough once more.
STEP 4.Grease dough with oil,cover and let it rest for three hours.
STEP 5.Knead dough once more,take atiny low dough and create a ball,sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the assistance of kitchen utensils and apply water on naan.
STEP 6.Heat griddle,place naan (wet facet down) and cook on low flame till the naan bubbles up and browns on all-time low then flip griddle and cook alternative facet directly on the flame till done.
