Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 180掳C (350掳F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • STEP 3.Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, then add the cornflakes and coconut. Mix until well combined.
  • STEP 4.Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking tray. Flatten each ball slightly with a fork.
