Ingredients for Afgani Piyaazi Recipe

  • 3 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Yeast
  • As required Water
  • 2-3 Onion
  • 1/2 cup melted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • As required Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 cup Coriander

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add flour, yeast, salt and water.

  • STEP 2.Then knead the dough for five minutes.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Grease with oil and wrap it with a cling wrap and leave it for twenty minutes.

  • STEP 4.During a bowl, add thinly sliced onion, salt and red chili flakes.

  • STEP 5.Combine it well and put aside.

  • STEP 6.Divide the dough into 4-6 equal components.

  • STEP 1.Apply unfrozen butter and sprinkle onion over the dough.

step 8

  • STEP 1.Roll it out into a dice. Wrap it with a cling and rest for ten minutes.

step 9

  • STEP 1.Place during a baking receptacle. Apply milk wash.

step 10

  • STEP 1.Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180°c.
