In a bowl, add maida, salt and blend well. Add water in small parts and knead to a semi-stiff dough. Add oil and knead for 15-20 secs and rest for 15-20 minutes.
In a pan, add butter, garlic, ginger and green chilies. Sauté for one minute.
Add onion, carrots, capsicum/beans. Combine and sauté for one minute.
Now add cabbage , paneer and sauté on high flame for one minute, until it shrinks slightly.
Reduce the flame to low and add pepper powder and salt . Mix well.
Add soy and blend. Momos stuffing is prepared.
In a pan, add butter, green chillies and sauté for a few seconds.
Add four tbsp cream and 1/2 cup milk. Cook for a couple of minutes.
Now add salt black pepper powder, garam masala, chaat masala, coriander powder, kasuri methi and chopped coriander.
Fry the momos in hot oil by filling the dough with the stuffing.
Now add deep-fried momos and coat them well gently.
Storage And Serving Method
Serve the creamy momos with a fiery red chutney.
