Ingredients for Afgani Feteer Paratha Recipe

  • 2-3 tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • 250 gram Beef qeema
  • As required Namak
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kali mirch powder
  • 1 teaspoon Lal mirch crushed
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dhania roasted and crushed
  • 1-2 Hari mirch chopped
  • 2 medium Pyaz chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoon Hara dhania chopped
  • 3/4 cup Neem garam pani
  • 1 teaspoon Khameer
  • 2 cup 0.5 Maida sifted
  • 1/2 teaspoon Namak
  • As required Pani as needed
  • As required Makhan melted
  • As required Doodh

Directions: Afgani Feteer Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.In wok,add vegetable oil and beef mince and blend well till changes color and cook for 12-15 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Add salt,black pepper powder,red chili crushed,coriander seeds,green chilies and blend well for two minutes.
  • STEP 3.Add onion,fresh coriander,mix well and cook for 8-10 minutes & let it relax.
  • STEP 4.In a bowl,add lukewarm water and instant yeast,mix well and let it rest for 8-10 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add general-purpose flour,salt and blendwell.
  • STEP 6.Gradually add water and knead till dough is created,grease dough with vegetable oil,cover and let it rest for half-hour.
  • STEP 7.Sprinkle dry flour and knead dough once more,roll it and cut with the assistance of the cutter.
  • STEP 8.Take a dough,sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the assistance of kitchen utensil.
  • STEP 9.Add liquid butter and unfold equally.
  • STEP 10.Add deep-fried mince filling and roll up to create a sponge cake.
  • STEP 11.Add liquid butter and roll up once more.
  • STEP 12.Cover and let it rest for five minutes.
  • STEP 13.Press gently,place in a very baking receptacle lined with butter paper and prick it with a fork and apply milk with brush.
  • STEP 14.Bake in a preheated kitchen appliance at two hundred c for 20-25 minutes.
