  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Green chilli paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 2 Lemon slice
  • 2 Maggi Masala Ae Magic packets

How to Make Afgani Dum Aloo Recipe

STEP 01

Take four potatoes, peel and wash them.
