Ingredients for Addeo Leaf Bhaji Recipe

  • 15 No.s Large eddoe leaves
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • As required Shrimp
  • 5 stems scallion
  • 1 No.s Onion
  • 2 No.s wiri wiri peppers
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • As required Salt

Directions: Addeo Leaf Bhaji Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 - heat some oil in a pan and saute onion, scallions, pepper and garlic in it.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Cook until onions turn translucent. Add shrimp to the pan and season with pepper. Mix everything together and cook it for a minute.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Add in addeo leaves and salt to the pan and give it a stir. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add coconut milk and stir. Cook for another 5 minutes and the bhaji is ready.
