STEP 1.1 - heat some oil in a pan and saute onion, scallions, pepper and garlic in it.

STEP 1.Cook until onions turn translucent. Add shrimp to the pan and season with pepper. Mix everything together and cook it for a minute.

STEP 1.Add in addeo leaves and salt to the pan and give it a stir. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add coconut milk and stir. Cook for another 5 minutes and the bhaji is ready.
