  • 1/2 cup Chana dal
  • 1 inch Ginger sliced

How to Make Adai-high Protein Lentil Crepe Recipe


Soak ½ cup rice, ½ cup toor dal ½ cup chana dal for 5 hours

Into the tall jar of zodiac mixer grinder add the soaked ½ cup rice, ½ cup toor dal ½ cup chana dal, 1 inch ginger sliced, 1dry red chilly, 2 green chillies, salt to taste and a little water.

Select the batter option. Blend to make a smooth batter.

Pour the batter into a mixing bowl and add ¼ tsp asafoetida, 1 finely chopped onion and mix well to combine.

Preheat skillet on medium heat. When hot, spoon the batter onto the skillet and spread the batter with the back of the ladle in a circular motion. Drizzle oil around the sides.

Cook on both sides until golden brown and crisp. Serve hot with coffee and chutney
