  • 450 gram sturdy rustic style bread
  • 4 No.s garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 6 cup Water
  • 4 No.s Egg
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • As required Black pepper

Directions: Açorda Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Take the garlic, cilantro and salt to make a paste in a blender. Now pour in a bowl.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Bring a pot of water to boil, poach egg in it and set aside.

step 3

  • STEP 2.Now pour the boiling water over the garlic cilantro paste in a bowl and stir. Add oil and more salt to taste.

step 4

  • STEP 3.Now add stale bread and let it soak for 5 minutes. Top the soup with poached eggs and serve immediately.
