Ingredients for Achari Paneer Pulao Recipe

  • As required For Achari Paneer
  • 1.25 cup Paneer
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon nigella seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 cup whisked curd
  • 1 tablespoon readymade green chili pickle
  • NaN As required Salt
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander for garnishing
  • As required For the rice
  • 3 cup cooked rice
  • 1-2 Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 2 Cardamoms

Directions: Achari Paneer Pulao Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Marinating the achari paneer start by heating some oil in a kadai, then add the mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, nigella seeds, and fennel seeds. When the seeds start cracking add the turmeric powder, chili powder, give it a good stir, and turn off the flame.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Take the spices out in a bowl and add the curd. Mix them thoroughly, then add the readymade green chili pickles and salt to taste, combine well and then add the paneer cubes and coat them well with the mixture.

  • STEP 3.Keep the paneer cubes aside for 30mins to 1hr and let the aroma infuse.

  • STEP 4.Take a non-stick pan to heat some oil and then add the cinnamon, cloves, caraway seeds, and cardamom. Saute them until the flavors are released.

step 5

  • STEP 5.When the seeds start crackling add the rice and salt, stir them well. Let it cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring it continuously.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Now add the marinated paneer, mix them well with the rice and let it cook on a medium flame for 1-2mins, keep stirring it occasionally. Once done garnish with green onions.
