  • 0.13 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
  • 1/4 Medium Sized Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Achari Masala
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Blanch the cauliflower florets in boiling water for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and fenugreek seeds. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown. Then add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add the achari masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add the blanched cauliflower florets and mix until they are coated with the masala. Cook for a few minutes until the cauliflower is cooked through.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to blanch the cauliflower florets just until they are slightly tender to retain their texture.
  • You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less red chili powder according to your preference.
  • For extra tanginess, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
