- 0.13 Tsp Cumin seeds
- 0.06 Tsp Mustard seeds
- 0.06 tablespoon Fenugreek seeds

- 1/4 tablespoon Onion seeds
- 0.06 tablespoon Haldi powder
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 Tsp spoon ginger-garlic
- 62.50 g Cabbage
- 1/2 Pieces Tomato

How to Make Achari Cabbage Recipe
Chop Cabbage, green chilli oinon, tomato Tomato is optional.
Heat mustard oil in a pan add mustard seeds, jeera, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, onion seeds, hing and saute till the seeds splutter.
Add chopped onion, gngr-grlic paste, green chilli and saute till translucent.
Add chopped cauliflower and salt mix well.
Cover and cook on medium flame till cauliflower done..
Serve hot with poori or rice..
