Ingredients for Achari cabbage Recipe

  • 1/4 Pieces Onion
  • 3/4 Tsp Mustard oil
  • 0.13 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.06 Tsp Mustard seeds
  • 0.06 tablespoon Fenugreek seeds
  • 0.13 tablespoon Fennel seeds
  • 1/4 tablespoon Onion seeds
  • 0.06 tablespoon Haldi powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp spoon ginger-garlic
  • 62.50 g Cabbage
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato

Directions: Achari Cabbage Recipe

  • STEP 1.Chop Cabbage, green chilli oinon, tomato Tomato is optional.
  • STEP 2.Heat mustard oil in a pan add mustard seeds, jeera, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, onion seeds, hing and saute till the seeds splutter.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onion, gngr-grlic paste, green chilli and saute till translucent.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped cauliflower and salt mix well.
  • STEP 5.Cover and cook on medium flame till cauliflower done..
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with poori or rice..
