How to Make Achari Babycorn Paneer Roll Recipe


In preheated pan add 1 tbsp nutralite garlic and oregano spread and allow it to melt. Add chopped garlic, sliced onions, sliced capsicum,sliced carrot and astute till the vegetables become tender and cook completely.


Next add paneer cut lengthwise. Keep the heat on low and stir gently to coat the paneer with the other ingredients without breaking up the pieces.


At this stage add 1 tbsp nutralite achari mayo and gently mix. Taste for salt and adjust. Sprinkle chaat masala ( optional). Turn off the heat. Filling is ready.


On a hot tawa, place the store bought tortilla wrap or a large roti and smear it with the garlic and oregano mayo. Slightly warm the tortilla wrap, do not overcook it.


Place the tortilla in a plate and spoon the filling across the centre. Add cut cucumbers, tomatoes and raw onions. Drizzle a little achari mayo over the top.


Roll the wrap tightly. Ready to serve.
