As required Salt
0.13 teaspoon Ajwain/ bishop's weed or carom seeds
0.13 teaspoon turmeric/ haldi powder
0.13 teaspoon red chilli/paprika powder
0.03 teaspoon asafoetida/hing powder
1/4 tablespoon cooking oil
1/4 Microwave compatible wide Bowl with water to boil Gatte
1/2 water to knead tight consistency dough .The above all ingredients needed for making dough for rolling out Gatte/ cylindrical rolls as shown in the picture no
As required For tempering, you will need following ingredients
1/2 tablespoon mustard oil/any cooking oil of your choice
0.13 teaspoon mustard seeds
0.13 teaspoon cumin seeds
As required Salt
0.13 teaspoon red chilli powder
0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder
0.13 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1/4 tablespoon white sesame seeds
0.03 teaspoon asafoetida/hing
0.13 teaspoon amchur /dry mango powder
1/4 Microwave compatible bowl to do tempering with spices of boiled and chopped gatte
As required Spoon/spatula for mixing
