Ingredients for Aata Jeera puri Recipe

  • 1.25 Cups Wheat flour
  • 3/4 Tsp jeera
  • As Required Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp ajwain
  • 1/4 Tsp Black pepper

Directions: Aata Jeera Puri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix wheat flour, salt, cumin seeds crushed black pepper and hot oil..
  • STEP 2.Add water to make a semi hard dough
  • STEP 3.Keep a side to set it, at least for 20 minutes..
  • STEP 4.Take a ball size dough, roll a big chapati, make some cut on it, to avoid blow up and make it crispy while deep frying.. With the help of cookies cutter or any round shape cutter, make all puris equally..
  • STEP 5.Then deep fry in hot oil till it will become a crisp and golden brown and cool down then store in container.
