Ingredients for Aam Panna Recipe

  • 0.60 Pieces Raw mangoes
  • 4 Pieces Mint
  • 1/10 cup Sugar
  • 1/10 tsp Black salt
  • 1/10 tsp White salt
  • 1/10 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/10 tsp Cumin seeds powder

Directions: Aam Panna Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the top of the Mangoes and Peel them.
  • STEP 2.Transfer them to a pressure cooker and add 2 cups water with 1/2 Tsp Salt.
  • STEP 3.Cook for 3-4 whistles on high flame and switch off gas.
  • STEP 4.Open the cooker immediately and sieve the water with mangoes and once cool down, extract the pulp and remove the kernels. keep aside to cool them down. You can use the water later in the drink if you want.
  • STEP 5.Now in a different utensil, muddle mint and granulated sugar with little water until the sugar dissolves.
  • STEP 6.Now when sugar has dissolved completely, blend this solution in the blender jar along with cumin seeds powder and black salt.
  • STEP 7.Your Aam Panna concentrate is ready. Store in air tight glass jar and you can use it for a week.
