It's mildly sour from using the green mango and utterly comforting when paired with steamed white rice. It is most commonly prepared using red lentil (masoor daal) but you can use your choice of daal too

- 1/2 cup Yellow Moong Dal
- 3 cup Water
- 1 Raw Mango
- 2 tablespoon Mustard Oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 2 Dry Red Chillies
- 4-5 Green Chilli
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- As required Salt
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- As required Lemon juice

How to Make Aam Dal Recipe
STEP 01
Wash dal and take it in a very sterilizer. Add water and cook for two whistles.
