Directions: Aalu Prantha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl. Add potato,onion, spices, Ginger and green chilli in it.
  • STEP 2.Mix all the ingredients.
  • STEP 3.Now take some dough.
  • STEP 4.Roll it using a rolling pin.
  • STEP 5.Add some mixture. Close it.
  • STEP 6.Make shape of Parantha
  • STEP 7.Heat a tawa. Add Parantha on it
  • STEP 8.Heat and crisp on both sides.
  • STEP 9.Serve with curd
