  • STEP 1.Boil the potatoes until they are tender, then let them cool and peel them.
  • STEP 2.Cut off the top of each potato and scoop out the flesh, leaving a thin shell.
  • STEP 3.In a bowl, mix together paneer, spices, herbs, and salt to make the filling.
  • STEP 4.Stuff the potato shells with the filling mixture and press the top back on.
