Ingredients for Aalu curry Recipe

  • as required Boiled potato
  • as required Onion
  • as required Tomato
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • as required Oil

Directions: Aalu Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a kadai. Add oil in it.
  • STEP 2.Add onions and saute for 5 min.
  • STEP 3.Add tomato and saute for 5 min.
  • STEP 4.Add all spices and mix well
  • STEP 5.Add boiled potato and mix well
  • STEP 6.Add 2 glass of water.
  • STEP 7.When it boiles, switch off the flame.
  • STEP 8.Its ready
