STEP 6.Take 2 boiled potatoes, mash them using your hands and add a spoon of panitenga, salt to taste, chilies, onions and mix well with oil.
STEP 7.Mash properly.
STEP 8.Second pitika is ready.
STEP 9.Take 2 boiled potatoes again, mash them and add sesame powder, salt, onions, and mustard oil. Mix properly and make a ball.

STEP 12.7. Take 2 boiled potatoes again, mash and add ghee and salt in it. Make a ball and ghee aloo pitika is ready.
STEP 13.In a bowl mash fried onions and dry chillies. Take 2 boiled potatoes and add salt. Mash properly and make a stiff pitika. Set aside on a plate.
STEP 14.Enjoy these yummy pitikas with rice.
