Ingredients for Aalloo ki sabji Recipe

  • 3 Pieces Potato
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 g Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • A Pinch Hing
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp coarinder powder
  • As Required Coarinder leaves
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Directions: Aalloo Ki Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add oil in a pan. Then add hing.
  • STEP 2.Then add chopped onion, tomato and ginger garlic paste. Saute it for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Then add all spices. After cooking for few seconds, add potatoes.
  • STEP 4.Then cook it for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish it with Coarinder leaves
