  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix besan with water to make a smooth batter.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and saut茅 for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Pour the besan batter into the pan and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
  • STEP 7.Cook on medium heat until the mixture thickens and the raw smell of besan disappears.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with bhakri or rice.
