  • As required Beans sprouts
  • As required Shredded Cabbage
  • As required Fried tofu
  • As required Oiled rice ball
  • As required Cucumbers
  • As required Cilantro
  • As required Kaffir Lime leaves
  • As required Shredded green papaya
  • 3 Nos Boiled eggs
  • 3 Nos Boiled potatoes
  • As required Noodles
  • As required Tamarind pulp water

Directions: A Thoke Sone Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the noodles and drain the water and then boil the 1 cup sticky rice and then mix it with oil, turmeric, and chili powder, make rice balls out of it.

  • STEP 1.Chop and shred all the vegetables and boil the eggs and potatoes. Mash the potatoes slightly.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl start by adding the boiled noodle followed by- beans sprouts, shredded cabbage, 4-5 fried tofu, 1 oiled rice ball, shredded papaya, 1 slightly mashed potatoes, slightly mashed boiled egg, cucumbers, cilantro, kaffir lime leaves, tamarind pulp water, 1tbsp garlic oil, 1tbsp chickpea powder, 1tsp roasted chili powder, 1 tbsp dried shrimp powder, fish sauce to taste, 1tsp sugar, and salt to taste. Mix it well and enjoy!
