  • 18 gram Chana dal or split yellow peas, soaked in cold water for about an hour
  • 0.40 Medium onions, roughly chopped
  • 1.60 Garlic cloves, peeled rughly chopped
  • 12 gram Fresh root ginger, roughly chopped
  • 1/5 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 100 gram Mince lamb, leg meat
  • 1/5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.60 Fresh green chillies, roughly chopped, with seeds
  • As required Handful coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/5 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1/10 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/10 teaspoon Black cumin or regular cumin seeds
  • 1/5 Lime, juice only
  • 1/5 Free range egg, lightly beaten
  • 0.40 tablespoon Plain flour, to bind
  • As required Rapeseed oil, for shallow frying
  • 1/5 Medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/5 Lime, juice only
  • 1/5 Fresh green chilli, finely chopped, without seeds
  • As required Handful mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/20 teaspoon Salt
