Lemang Recipe

Lemang is a traditional Malaysian dish made from glutinous rice and coconut milk, cooked in bamboo tubes over an open fire. The bamboo imparts a unique smoky flavor to the rice, making it a delicious and aromatic dish. Lemang is often served during festive occasions such as Hari Raya Aidilfitri and is best enjoyed with rendang or curry.
