  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice

  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala

  • 1/4 Large Bell Pepper, Cut Into Chunks

  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Cut Into Chunks

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt to make the marinade.
  • STEP 2.Add chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • STEP 3.Thread marinated chicken, bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes onto skewers.
  • STEP 4.Grill the skewers on medium-high heat for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are slightly charred.
  • STEP 5.Serve the Chicken Shashlik hot with rice or naan bread. Enjoy!
