  • STEP 1.Boil the cut banana in 1 glass of water with some salt and boil it for 3-4 minutes on sim flame and keep it in a sieve to drain out the excess water. In a bowl add chickpeas, cornflour, gram flour, a little turmeric, salt, chili powder and mix 3- Keep for 4 minutes. Now heat oil in a pan, add chickpeas and fry them on low flame till they become crispy and keep in a strainer so that excess oil will drain out. Now put corn flour, turmeric, little salt in the same banana bowl and mix and mix. Fry on low gas and keep it in a tissue paper, so that the excess oil will drain out.When the bananas become normal, flatten the fillets by pressing them with a spoon. Fry in oil till it becomes crisp, now take it out on tissue paper and put all the ingredients except banana in a bowl and mix it well. Put in a bowl and garnish with banana and coriander leaves.
