  • 1 g For ghughni
  • 1 cups boiled black channa
  • 1/2 cup Chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup Chopped tomato
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 A Stem Tejpatta
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp and half tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Cooking oil

  • STEP 1.First of all 2 cups black channa has boiled, then kept a side, after that all onion, tomato, green chilli should be chopped, then take a pan put on the medium flame, when it becomes heat insert cooking oil, then put jeera, tejpatta after that add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, chopped chilli and tomato mix gently and cooked for few minutes whenever it becomes semi brown then add this boiled chhana with all spices that is already mention here. After 5 to 7 minutes of proper cooking put half glass of water and cover with lid, and again wait for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Then switch off the gas flame, and served it chopped onions, lemon, moori with hot tea.
