Ingredients for ♦️  Rested Coconut  Misti Doi Gelato With Kasari Sandesh Mousse Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Nolan gur
  • 1/2 inch pinch of elichi
  • 1/2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1/4 g can milkmaid
  • 2 tbsp 4-5 tbsp
  • 1/4 cup 1/2 cup fresh  g
  • 2 tbsp Jaggery
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Paneer
  • 0.13 tbsp Saffron
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Directions: ♦️  Rested Coconut  Misti Doi Gelato With Kasari Sandesh Mousse Recipe

  • STEP 1.♦️ Roasted Coconut  Misti Doi Gelato
  • STEP 2.First boil the milk . Make boiled it half . Now add Nolan gur .  When it more thicken add cornflour  and milkmaid. Make more thicker then add roasted coconut. Turn off the gas . Put it in silicon mold.
  • STEP 3.Set for 3-4 hours in fridge.
  • STEP 4.♦️Crumble  Jaggery Coconut
  • STEP 5.First dry roast the fresh coconuts . When its turned grown turn off the gas . Now add jaggery mix well .
  • STEP 6.Your jaggery coconut crumble is ready .
  • STEP 7.♦️Kasari Sandesh Mousse:::::
  • STEP 8.First cut the boiling  milk with lemon juice .
  • STEP 9.Now rest the fresh paneer for 1 hour .
  • STEP 10.Now in a bowl add kasar and milk . Now in another bowl add fresh paneer and sugar make a fine cream .  Now add kasar milk . Now make a smooth paste .
  • STEP 11.Your Kasari Sandesh Mousse is ready .
  • STEP 12.Your Gelato   is ready.
