  • 1/2 Pieces Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 0.13 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Mixed herbs
  • as required Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp Melted butter

Directions: #potato Potato Roses Recipe

  • STEP 1.Slice the potatoes into thin slices, vertically using a mandolin slicer
  • STEP 2.Coat the slices with melted butter, herbs, pepper, chilli powder, salt and some grated garlic
  • STEP 3.Overlap the slices of buttered and seasoned potatoes
  • STEP 4.Carefully roll the slices to create a rose
  • STEP 5.Place each rose into a muffin tray and bake at 180 ° c for 10 - 15 mins or until crispy
