Ingredients for #paneer corn curry #mom Recipe

  • 25 gm Paneer
  • 3/4 cups boiled corn
  • 1.25 g Tomatoes
  • 1/4 g Onion
  • 1/2 A Stem Tejpatta
  • 1.25 g 5-6 g
  • 1.75 g spoon dry fruits ( kaju and kismiss)
  • 3/4 g Curry leaves
  • 1/4 tsp jeera
  • 1/2 g Red chillis
  • 1/2 tbsp Paneer Masala
  • 1/4 tsp and half tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp Haldi powder
  • 1/4 tsp jeera powder
  • 0.13 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Fresh cream

  • STEP 1.First of all corn and paneer should be boiled separately. After than cut all tomatoes onion and garlic into small pieces. Then take a pan, put on the gas flames, at medium flame heat then insert oil when heated put jeera, tejpatta, curry leaves and red chillies. After two to three minutes of cooking add onion mix well then add chopped garlic and kaju again mix well and cook for two minutes.
  • STEP 2.Then put chopped tomatoes and add haldi powder, paneer masala and jeera powder mix well and cook for five minutes.
  • STEP 3.After then again take a pan put on the gas flames, heat them at medium flame and half table spoon of oil, then put one tejpatta with grinded masalas mix well, again add one table spoon of ciba paneer masala, and salt mix well then add boiled corn with half glass of water then, cover it at low flame cook it until, water is becoming some how absorb and become semi dilute.
  • STEP 4.Then finally add boiled paneer and garnish with coriander leaves and serve with steam rice, green salad and papad.
