  • 1/2 g bringle
  • 0.06 g Bottle guard
  • 1/4 cup Channa daal
  • 1/2 g Potatoes
  • 1/2 g Onions
  • 1/4 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1.25 g Curry leaves
  • 0.06 cup Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp jeera
  • 1/2 A Stem Tejpatta
  • 1/4 g Red capsicum
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp tsp hin
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Haldi powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil

Directions: #mix Baigun Curry #mom Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all soaked this chaana daal into water upto 5 hours then sieve, now chopped all vegetables after then take a pressure cooker put on the gas flame, when it heated insert oil, then put Jeera, curry leaves, tejpatta, hing, now add, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste then put bottle guard, channa Daal bringel, aaloo and added all spices.
  • STEP 2.After four minutes of cooking add half glass of water then cover the lid and upto six to seven whitshel then switch of the gas flame. Serve with chopped coriander leaves and tomato souce.
