Ingredients for Crispy crunchy fried Modak Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Ghee
  • 1 cup maida
  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • A Pinch Salt
  • 4 tbsp jaggery sugar / jaggery/sugar/brown sugar
  • 2 cup Coconut Powder
  • 1 Tsp green elaichi powder
  • 4 Tsp Kaju kismis chiraoji
  • As Required Ghee / oil for frying
  • As Required Milk

Directions: Crispy Crunchy Fried Modak Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl --Put maida and salt ghee in it . Mix well.Add little milk and make a dough like balushahi.,Keep rest for few minutes.
  • STEP 2.Take a bowl --Put Coconut powder , roasted dry fruits,and grated jaggery in it Mix well ,
  • STEP 3.Now make a small round shape roti. Fill the mixture in it .Make a shape of modak ,
  • STEP 4.Heat ghee in a kadahi.,Fry modak till golden brown ,yummy modaks are ready .
