Ingredients for GREEN MINT & CORIANDER CHUTNEY Recipe

  • As required INGREDIENT FOR CHUTNEY
  • 1/4 cup - Mint leaves-
  • 1/4 cup - Coriander leaver-
  • 1 nos - Green chillies-
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice-
  • As required - Sugar- ½ tsp
  • As required - Salt- ½ tsp
  • As required - Black salt- ½ tsp
  • 1/4 inch - Ginger- peeled
  • 1/2 tbsp - Cold water-
  • 0-1/4 piece - Ice cubes-

Directions: Green Mint & Coriander Chutney Recipe

  • STEP 1.PROCESS
  • STEP 2.Put all ingredients in a blender and blend it ( puree type consistency ). Divide chutney into two equal parts. In one portion add curd/yogurt and make it light green. Take ⅓ cup curd and make it hung curd , now whisk it and a pinch of salt. Your dahi dip is ready.
