Ingredients for GREEN MINT & CORIANDER CHUTNEY Recipe
As required INGREDIENT FOR CHUTNEY
1/4 cup - Mint leaves-
1/4 cup - Coriander leaver-
1 nos - Green chillies-
1 tbsp - Lemon juice-
As required - Sugar- ½ tsp
As required - Salt- ½ tsp
As required - Black salt- ½ tsp
1/4 inch - Ginger- peeled
1/2 tbsp - Cold water-
0-1/4 piece - Ice cubes-
Directions: Green Mint & Coriander Chutney Recipe
STEP 1.PROCESS
STEP 2.Put all ingredients in a blender and blend it ( puree type consistency ). Divide chutney into two equal parts. In one portion add curd/yogurt and make it light green. Take ⅓ cup curd and make it hung curd , now whisk it and a pinch of salt. Your dahi dip is ready.
