  • As required one cup wheat flour ( Aashirvaad Atta).
  • As required Four eggs .
  • As required accurate amount of Salt ( Aashirvaad Salt).
  • As required one table spoon black pepper powder .
  • As required one table spoon chopped coriander leaves .
  • As required one cup chopped onion.
  • As required half table spoon chat mashalla.
  • As required one table spoon chopped green chilli.
  • As required accurate amount of ghee.
  • As required three table spoons Tomato sauce.
  • As required one and half spoons chilli sauce.
  • As required one tea spoon suger.
  • As required accurate amount of Luke warm water .

Directions: #egg Roll Recipe

  • STEP 1.At first one cup wheat flour (Aashirvaad Atta) pour down in a bowl.
  • STEP 2.then added accurate amount of Salt( Aashirvaad Salt) , sugar and two table spoons ghee .
  • STEP 3.Mixed the whole things properly,
  • STEP 4.Then added accurate amount of Luke warm water to make a dough.
  • STEP 5.Coverd the dough with a lid for twenty minutes.
  • STEP 6.In another pot poured chopped onion mixed coriander leaves,chat mashalla, green chilli and accurate amount of Salt (Aashirvaad Salt) , black pepper powder --- to make onion mixture .
  • STEP 7.Four eggs crashed into a another bowl,
  • STEP 8.then added accurate amount of Salt (Aashirvaad Salt), black pepper powder.
  • STEP 9.Whisk together the whole amount.
  • STEP 10.The dough divided into three parts,
  • STEP 11.From the three parts make three paraths,
  • STEP 12.One Paratha was fried both of sides with ghee,
  • STEP 13.then it kept on a side,
  • STEP 14.on the frying pan poured two table spoons ghee ,
  • STEP 15.then poured some portion of the whisked egg in the pan,
  • STEP 16.make a omelette,
  • STEP 17.then placed the paratha on the omlette,
  • STEP 18.properly fry it,
  • STEP 19.Lifted it from the frying pan and placed in a dish.
  • STEP 20.In this way frying all the parathas'
  • STEP 21.The onion mixture and tomato sauce, chilli sauce are spread on the portion of the all parathas' which are covered with omlette,
  • STEP 22.Then the half portion of these rolls are covered with butter paper,
  • STEP 23.Now the rolls are ready to serve.
  • STEP 24.It is delicious and tasty street food, When you are walking on the street and suddenly you feel like eating something you can buy rolls from a street stall, your hunger pangs will go off.
