Ingredients for #egg biryani #mom Recipe

  • 1.50 g 6
  • 1/2 cups Cooked basmati rice
  • 3/4 g Onions
  • 1/4 g Tomato
  • 1/4 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 A Stem tejpatta / Bay leaves
  • 1/2 A Stalk daal chinni /cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp jeera / cumin
  • 3/4 Pieces elachi /cardamon
  • 1/4 tbsp Ghee
  • 3/4 g 3 g
  • 1 g laung / cloves
  • 1/4 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 3/4 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tbsp spoon dry fruits ( kaju and kismiss)
  • 1/4 tsp 1 /2 tsp g
  • 1/4 tbsp Biryani masala
  • 0.13 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 cup Curd
  • 0.13 tsp Chat masala

Directions: #egg Biryani #mom Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all boiled egg is cut from middle.
  • STEP 2.🥗 Then take a pan put oil heat them, add chopped onions mix well, nicely cook well and keep out.
  • STEP 3.🥗 After then, add Tejpatta, daal chinni, jeera, laung, Elachi after then put ginger garlic paste, after two minutes of cooking add chopped tomato, green chillies and half of the fried onion and all spices.
  • STEP 4.🥗 Then add curd, ghee cooked rice.
  • STEP 5.🥗Then cooked rice is separated into two halves.
  • STEP 6.🥗 One half is put into pan and rest half is kept for garnishing.
  • STEP 7.🥗Then add salt and cooked well upto four to five minutes.
  • STEP 8.🥗Then garnishing with half of the fried onion, rest of cooked rice, chopped coriander leaves, dry fruits and boiled egg with chat masalas.
