  • 100 g Chicken thighs (boneless)
  • A Few Drops Lemon juice
  • As Required Black pepper powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • A Few Drops Olive oil
  • 1/2 Cup Mix bell peppers(Chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Onion (Chopped)
  • 1/2 Pieces Jalape
  • 1/2 Tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 Pieces garlic cloves(peeled)
  • 1 Pieces Ginger slice
  • 2 Pieces Cloves
  • 1 Cups Warm water

  • STEP 1.Drizzling little olive oil into a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and sprinkle salt and pepper generously on the top side.Let this cook for 7 minutes ,flip the chicken over,cook another 2 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Then add sufficient warm water, garlic, ginger,cloves,little salt.
  • STEP 3.Cover with a lid. Cook chicken until it's fully dry.
  • STEP 4.Cool it down...remove all whole spices garlic and ginger...
  • STEP 5.Separate the chicken meat and Shred as you separate.
  • STEP 6.In mixing bowl add shredded chicken, chopped bell peppers, chopped onions, chopped jalapeños, yogurt,few drops lemon juice,salt according to your taste,pinch of black pepper powder.
  • STEP 7.Mix all ingredients gently. Serve fresh
