STEP 1.Drizzling little olive oil into a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and sprinkle salt and pepper generously on the top side.Let this cook for 7 minutes ,flip the chicken over,cook another 2 minutes.
STEP 3.Cover with a lid. Cook chicken until it's fully dry.
STEP 4.Cool it down...remove all whole spices garlic and ginger...
STEP 5.Separate the chicken meat and Shred as you separate.
STEP 6.In mixing bowl add shredded chicken, chopped bell peppers, chopped onions, chopped jalapeños, yogurt,few drops lemon juice,salt according to your taste,pinch of black pepper powder.
STEP 7.Mix all ingredients gently. Serve fresh
