STEP 1.Prepare a marinade by combining 2 tbsp of ketchup, 1 tbsp of red chilli paste/ powder, 1 tbsp of green chilli paste, 1 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of soya sauce, 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 Egg, 2 tbsp of flour, 4 tbsp of corn flour, 1 tsp of vinegar, 1 tsp of pepper and salt.
STEP 2.Add chicken, cut into strips into the marinade and coat well. Set this aside
STEP 3.Cut the spring roll sheets into thin strips. Roughly cut it once again and spread over a flat surface.
STEP 4.Take the marinated chicken and coat them nicely with the flat noodles by pressing it.
STEP 5.Shake off the excess noodles and deep fry them on medium flame until it is crisp and golden.
STEP 6.To make the chilli garlic mayo dip, add finely chopped garlic and chilli flakes/chilli powder to some hot oil.
STEP 7.Combine the mayonnaise, 1 tbsp of ketchup, 2 tsp of chilli sauce, 1 tsp of lemon juice and the chilli garlic oil.
Whisk well and serve with the crispy chicken.
