Ingredients for 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢 𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐨 Recipe

  • 62.50 g Boneless chicken
  • 3/4 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1/4 Pieces Egg
  • 0.13 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Pieces Garlic
  • 1/4 g Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tbsp Red chilli paste / powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Oil

Directions: 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢 𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐨 Recipe

  • STEP 1.Prepare a marinade by combining 2 tbsp of ketchup, 1 tbsp of red chilli paste/ powder, 1 tbsp of green chilli paste, 1 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of soya sauce, 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 Egg, 2 tbsp of flour, 4 tbsp of corn flour, 1 tsp of vinegar, 1 tsp of pepper and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add chicken, cut into strips into the marinade and coat well. Set this aside
  • STEP 3.Cut the spring roll sheets into thin strips. Roughly cut it once again and spread over a flat surface.
  • STEP 4.Take the marinated chicken and coat them nicely with the flat noodles by pressing it. 
  • STEP 5.Shake off the excess noodles and deep fry them on medium flame until it is crisp and golden. 
  • STEP 6.To make the chilli garlic mayo dip, add finely chopped garlic and chilli flakes/chilli powder to some hot oil. 
  • STEP 7.Combine the mayonnaise, 1 tbsp of ketchup, 2 tsp of chilli sauce, 1 tsp of lemon juice and the chilli garlic oil. Whisk well and serve with the crispy chicken.
