This diet aims to go back to an era of what early humans ate. Those who want to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight and also want help planning meals could take this up. Paleo is all about avoiding processed foods, sugar, soft drinks, legumes, artificial sweeteners, vegetable oils, margarine and trans fats and so on. It woks in simple principle if it looks factory made then avoid it. A paleo diet is surely rich in vegetables, fruits and nuts. This one simply emphasizes on the fact cut modern foods from our diet and return to the way our early hunter-gatherer ancestors ate.
